Please call or text Michelle as soon as you know you need to cancel or will be late to your session.
- If you are more than 20 minutes late, Michelle will not be able to do your session.
- Your initial online payment and all other payments received are non-refundable. All transactions are final.
- Any remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment, payable via PayPal.
- For in-person sessions, please arrive early to allow time for parking and finding the space.
- For remote sessions (Zoom, FaceTime, or WhatsApp), please log on a few minutes early to ensure your connection is working.
